Welcome to Stem & Stone Farm. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, registering for events, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Information

Stem & Stone Farm is located in Burnt Hills, New York, and offers fresh flowers, floral products, workshops, events, farm experiences, and related merchandise.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. Because we work with fresh, seasonal flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

4. Event & Workshop Registration

Workshop and event registrations reserve your space and materials.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may receive a refund or store credit.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable due to advance preparation and purchasing.
• If Stem & Stone Farm must cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

Events may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Farm Visits

Visitors enter the property at their own risk.

Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Please respect farm property, flowers, equipment, wildlife, and other guests.

Pets are welcome only when specifically permitted for an event and must remain leashed.

6. Photography

Visitors are welcome to take casual personal photographs.

Professional photography sessions require advance permission and may require a reservation, fee, proof of insurance, and signed agreements.

7. You-Pick Flowers

Availability depends on weather, bloom conditions, and seasonal growing patterns.

Guests should wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for uneven terrain and outdoor conditions.

Flowers picked beyond the purchased amount will be charged accordingly.

8. Wedding & Custom Floral Orders

Wedding and custom floral orders may require a signed agreement and deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable once design work and flower ordering have begun.

Final balances are due prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed.

9. Product Information

Many of our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Variations in color, fragrance, and appearance are normal.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies before purchasing or using our products.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

10. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Stem & Stone Farm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, website, or participation in farm activities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, graphics, website content, and written materials are the property of Stem & Stone Farm and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site.

14. Privacy
